Rules of engagement
Your permission first
We only check websites whose owners have asked us to, and you confirm the site is yours before we start. We never test anyone else’s website.
Gentle, read-only checks
Our check only reads what any visitor can see: about one request per second, capped per site. It cannot change your site or slow it down for customers.
No hacking attempts
We spot weaknesses without exploiting them: no password guessing, no attack payloads, no overloading your server.
Only the access we need
For fixes and hosting moves we ask for temporary access, walk you through granting it, and remind you to change passwords when we’re done.
Your data stays private
We keep only what the job needs, store it securely, never share it, and delete temporary logins when the work is finished.
Urgent issues, right away
If we find something serious — like signs your site is already hacked — we call you immediately instead of waiting for the report.
